The artwork symbolizes the fall of Babylon, given to the Medes and Persians, exploring dark apocalyptic themes. There is an eye, the eye of God, with all this stuff being drawn towards it. Jon Zig is the creator of the album cover, and he chose the appropriate elements to create the surreal Babylon landscape.
