The artwork, it could seem as if it's just a woman walking among the corpses, but it takes phrases from the song, such as "condemned to wander forever", "the walking begins, mothers and kids soaking in tears" and "light before my eyes. I walk among the corpses", and blended them into the art that became the cover.

 

The main purpose of the art is to evoke the anxiety that a person feels while being in the passage between life and death, clinging on to life without knowledge of what's to come.
