Behind The Artworks: Meifu - Haunted Dreams (2024)

For the visual part of the album we took our primordial inspiration from the famous painting “The Nightmare” by Johann Heinrich Füssli, adding elements that could recall the themes and the ethereal atmospheres of the musical part. The oriental vibe of the wave is an homage to Hokusai, while the desert caravan, inspired by the weedian universe of “Dopesmoker”, goes endlessly through the Universe, tracing a cosmic path that one must follow.
