Johan Lotigiers (vocalist): Everyone has fears. The fear to fail, fear not to be accepted or to be misunderstood. Visible fears, for spiders, dogs, etcetera. But fears act as inhibitors, hampering your personal development. Facing and overcoming your fears will help you become a stronger person.

Geert Fieuw (guitar player, song writer): There is, of course, the lyrical reference to the Bene Gesserit’s “Litany Of Fear” - see “Dune”. The lyrics to “Fear’s The Killer” were written long before the contemporary Villeneuve adaptions but I read “Dune” decennia ago. It is intriguing to realise that the one that controls your fears is the one that controls you. That person better be you. Otherwise you stand the risk of being manipulated, gaslighted, misused.
