1. Prou:

This song opens the album with an intro ‘in crescendo’ that culminates with the cry that gives the piece its name: ‘enough’. It's a fast and forceful thrash-style track that deals with the absurd disputes within the working class about the ways and means of protesting to achieve change.

2. Venjança:

More intense and raw, ‘Venjança’ channels the frustration of fighting tirelessly without achieving results, and expresses the burning desire to at least satiate anger through revenge, even if it fails to change anything.

3. Al gra:

This track has a more melodic intro and goes straight into hardcore. The chorus sums up the plot of the song that gives the album its name: ‘More deeds and fewer words’, basically.

4. Acció:

With a bit of groove, this song is about the hypocrisy of those who get angry with our ways of protesting, when they do nothing to change things: To make an omelet you have to break a few eggs.

5. Nosa:

With more melodic riffs and a bit more elaborate than the tone of the album, ‘Nosa’ encourages us not to give up and not to make things easy for the enemy even if all is lost. This song includes the only solo on the album.

6. Sabotatge:

This is the slowest and most groovy track on the album, simple but effective, it expresses the frustration with this consumerist and dehumanized system, channeling the rage towards the machines at the service of the system.

7. No em va:

The most ‘punk’ song combined with a bit of death metal and typical lyrics of the style: Not fitting in and not wanting to fit in this society.

8. Plou poc, però pel poc que plou, plou prou:

This is the only song we wrote entirely by ourselves for this album, with the help of Oscar, the producer. More groove or nu metal, it is a perfect song for the presentation on the radio, with simple and catchy riffs. It has the particularity of including a tongue twister in the chorus, and it's about the lies of governments in times of crisis.
