Behind The Scenes: Valkyrie’s Fire - Nectar Of The Gods (Official Video)

Adam Sanders (male lead vocals): This video was shot on a Sunday morning from 8am-11am (before the bar opened for lunch), and Valkyrie’s Fire had just performed at a local metal festival the previous night before arriving at 7am at Flavor 90’s Bar in downtown Nashville. Although the band members and our friends were running on just a few hours of sleep, everyone performed amazingly in this video, and we all had a really great time during the filming of this video. Austin Dellamano is a great video director, and once again delivered on the vision that we had for this music video. While the title pays tribute to Norse mythology, we wanted the video to be more of a modern day interpretation of the fun we share with our friends, rather than an exact depiction of a Norse mead hall. Austin understood our vision, and we are proud of his work and his ability to show the world what we wanted to deliver - a fun, exciting celebration of enjoying life with some of our closest friends. The message of this song speaks to celebrating today - for we may not see tomorrow.
