Track By Tracks: Mental Torment - Dead Shot Revival (2024)
1. DYM:
It's about the fear of the unknown. When the unknown comes down the mountain like a heavy, filthy boulder. And the only thing you can do is try to run away or grab it barehanded. You can't move aside - more boulders are coming.
2. INII:
A song about loss and missed opportunities - and the unwillingness to admit that the only reason for this is your own actions. It's about the desire to blame everyone around you for everything that happens - and the all-encompassing hatred of those who refuse to take your blame.
3. KAMIN:
This is a story about adulthood and about self-awareness through hate. When you have to do something that depresses you and sucks out your soul - but at the same time is very important to you.
4. HOLOD:
It's about the pride, the refusal of submission, and the struggle that's consuming you. In this battle, you will be born again, you will die, and others who have died a long time ago, like quoted Ukrainian poet Vasyl Stus- who fought even harder than you, enter you and become you. After that, you become new - strong, pure, and infinitely lonely.
5. PISOK:
It's about all the people whose thoughts, wishes, and desires you've let through - and only a part of them stayed within you. And now it is impossible to separate the real you from them - these people have become you, they have grown into your body and your thoughts. Just like the quoted Ukrainian writers who loved, fought, strove, and remained in the souls of generations.
6. SVINETS:
This is about the useless death that no one needed, that no one noticed and understood. But at the same time, it is about a life that becomes the essence for millions of people - but only after they have dug up the remains of the afterlife, blown away the dust and ashes, and realized that they are still alive, that they have a spark, and that all they have to do is light it.
