Behind The Scenes: Not Enough Space - Primitive (Official Video)

Shooting the music video for “Primitive” was an overall amazing experience. The band and Toddi Babu (videographer) collaborated ideas through a vision board, and from there Toddi Babu brought our ideas to life in his warehouse. We wanted to capture the story and emotion behind a toxic relationship where both parties felt held hostage. Lizzie illustrated this concept through her scenes of her being trapped in a room. As time progresses, Lizzie’s character becomes more distressed and tally marks appear on the walls indicating that she has been stuck in the room for a long period of time. Liv demonstrated this concept through her scenes where she is running away from someone and being tied up in the chair with blood trickling down her nose. In addition, we also sprinkled some nostalgia with the band performance scenes to give a shout out to old school metalcore music videos as well.
