“Each of the new songs deal with a form of duality. This song is about stress vs pressure. I’ve always seen stress as a bit of a negative thing, and pressure as something more positive. But when these 2 collide and you find yourself completely overworked and still having to push yourself, where do those thoughts take you? That’s what I’m attempting to write about in my own head as all these things in my life are happening all at once.”
