1. Daybreak in Limbo:

This is where your dark path starts and where you are confronted with the consequences of your cruelties. Will you serve and continue this path or will you choose eternal oblivion?

The lyrics for this song were initially inspired by the concept of the 'Yürei', the restless ghosts in the so-called suicide forest in Aokigahara, Japan. These were the first lyrics I wrote for this EP and were the start of this short story.

2. Disposition to reign:

The next song is about the acknowledgment that everything evil has always been your goal, with profane hatred for humanity at its core. You decide that this is the reason for your being. Your sense of superiority once again emerges...

3. All Spirits enslaved:

In the third song, you start to understand why you are serving, and why you were chosen. And with it comes the knowledge that even you, with your self-proclaimed status, are being used. Now understanding the dynamics of it all, you will not settle for anything less than a seat at the main table.

4. Sadistic Absolution:

The fourth song is the last song of the concept.

As you are denied a godlike status, your last and final purpose is to bring down this ancient entity. With this destruction, all of humanity will be set free, no longer led nor controlled, bringing only chaos and fear...closing the circle of sadism.

5. Innocence slain:

This song has been re-recorded. It was on the 'Araneae Attack'-EP from 2001. It has the lyrics of the original singer but I changed how they were put on the music, a bit more structured now. But is seems pretty clear that the song is about the meaninglessness of making innocent victims. As it was already written in 2001, it has nothing to do with all the horrors that are going on right now, we just wanted to re-record this song, it's just a good song.
