1. ALL YOU'VE GOT IS TIME:

A note to a past self that the worst things will not in fact kill you. It'll be better by Fall, though which Fall may not be clear.

2. FOSSIL FAMILY:

My Texas family all worked in oil. Sometimes I think they were just trying to stay alive. And they were. Other times I think they took part in the burning of the world. And they did.

3. BLOOD MEMORY:

A prayer to our ancestors to protect our future from our past.

4. SECRET CATHEDRAL:

Sometimes I find myself staring at a beam of sunlight as it falls through the window and spills on the floor and a whole world unfurls in a moment. And that moment is forever until it's not.

5. FALLING IN FEELINGS:

Some feelings feel so good that the mere idea of maybe not feeling it sends you into a spiral of heartache, grief, and despair as if you’ve already lost everything that you never even dreamed you’d have.

6. BRAND NEW GHOST TOWN:

The end of the world has already happened to many people. Seems foolish to think it won't happen again.

7. TEAR YOU APART:

Some of the people destroying the world are just happy to get away with it, but others want you to be grateful as they tear it all down.

8. NO ONE'S BLESSED:

Now never stops hurtling into the future, laying down an endless trail of the past in its wake. Something is always just over the next hill and it'll be here soon whether you're ready or not.

9. ECHOES ALL LOST:

Some dreams are about terrible things but aren't nightmares.

10. LOST IN RED:

Every life cut short is instant and eternal, an end to an everything that will never exist again.
