Behind The Artworks: Ylisia - Underneath (2024)

Our stunning artwork was created by the talented GoGo Melone. I've admired her work for a long time. When I wrote the lyrics for this album, I had a clear vision for the vibe of the cover but struggled to articulate it visually. This artwork resonated with me instantly, perfectly capturing the essence of the songs. The dark lake with its black swans symbolizes the depths of the unconscious mind, the unknown, and a period of emotional turmoil. The woman descending into the water represents a journey into the unknown, a surrender to fate, and a descent into the subconscious.
