Behind The Scenes: Reeper - Out Of Color (Official Video)

Shooting a music video was exciting; it is always an intense and authentic experience for a metal band, and we set up the venue to capture the raw essence of the genre. The closed, urban environment provides an intimate setting that highlights the aggressiveness and energy of the music. We used strategic lighting, such as strobe lights, neon lights, and blue and pink hues, to create a dramatic contrast that reflects the intensity of the metal.

 

The small space and shadows cast by the lights contributed to a chaotic and visceral aesthetic, while close-ups of the musicians sweating and giving themselves over to their performance added an emotional and genuine touch. In this scenario, a closed venue was transformed into a sanctuary of rebellion and creativity, showing that with passion and vision, you don't need a big budget to convey strength and authenticity.
