Vincent, Self Discipline: We are one with the Universe”, is the first single from my EP ‘otherness’, due for release early this year on the Coups de couteau label.

I started this project with no pretensions, just to enjoy making music...

Indian philosophical thought (notably J. Krishnamurti) and meditation helped me find certain answers and a real appeasement that led to a more positive state of mind, determination ,and self-discipline, after years of hardship.

This EP is a physical representation of all this personal work, in both form and content.

Right from the start, I wanted to create atmospheres inspired by Indian folk music, and I find these instruments very “metal-compatible”! Little by little, the concept took shape... The lyrics and composition come together around deep philosophical and spiritual themes, highlighting ideas of connection, observation, awareness and intention, all of which come together to form a musical experience rich in profound meaning.
