Track By Tracks: Sludgebucket - Vampiric Earth (2025)
1. "Beneath The Weight Of Information" is about how we have access to so much information, yet we are easily manipulated by misinformation, and how it can bog down our daily lives.
2. "Floating In Dead Space Between The Stars" is about the eventual death of our planet, and what will be left behind.
3. "Disquietude (Knowing We Will Not See The Impact To Our Children's World)" is about how big business, along with politicians, are knowingly destroying nature and poisoning the earth just to make more money, for they won't be around to see the destruction they unleash.
4. "A Clear & Unobscured Path" is about the vision of the path not taken, but that which should be to change our ways and correct the wrongs we are doing to each other, nature, and the world.
5. "Stranded (Cowering In Our Own Mess)" is about being on planet earth, our home, and there is nowhere else to go. No accountability or restraint is given, and lawlessness prevails. Reaping what we sow.
6. "The Spite Of Disfigured Earth" is about how Earth's natural disasters are a way of freeing it from its parasites, us.
7. "Goodbye, Big Sister Kim" is a love letter to my older sister, Kim Henderson, who recently passed away in January of this year. This album is dedicated to her memory. It is a fretless bass solo piece.
