And It Goes starts abruptly and edges. The guitars are loose, the drums are loud, and the bass is booming. It then turns distorted and stressed, with the guitars panned in either ear while the drums crush your speakers and the bass locks you into this train wreck and you just have to hold on. The vocals then come in soaked with angst and sarcasm, lyrics portraying one on life being mastered by addiction and constantly finding yourself in an endless cycle of pain and confusion. The release comes in the form of a chorus, yelling into the storm of noise, trying to be heard and saved, searching for answers amidst the struggle.
